Adapters?! Yep, of course! We can custom make basically any kind of adapters you need. What makes ours more unique than other adapters out in the market is the ability to have them custom made to order! We generally make the adapters bore hubcentric to the bore of your vehicle AND to the wheel. No need to have to those pesky hubrings! It's also safer because the stress are not on the lug studs and you don't have vibration issues. How cool is that?
Q1. Are adapter safe?
A1. Yes, if its installed correctly. We get this question quite often and the answer will vary from person to person. But, from our experience, adapters are safe but its crucial they are installed correctly and having them hubcentric adds more security because the ensures that the studs are lined up correctly and the stress is evenly distributed.
Q2. Can I change my bolt pattern?
A2. Of course. We can make the adapters fit one bolt pattern and change to another. However, please account for the extra thickness of the adapter in your fitment; your wheel will be pushed further.
Q3. What's the thinnest adapter you can make?
A3. Short version: 15mm. Long version: it really depends on the application. Generally, if you are keeping the same number of studs, i.e. 5 lug to 5 lug or 4 lug to 4 lug, then 15mm is no problem (depending if the wheel you are using has pockets on the back pad or not, some stud cutting might be needed). However, if you are changing the number of studs say 4 lug to 5 lug, then you have to go bigger, 30mm big. However, there is an exception. If you keep the same bolt circle but just change studs then you can actually make a 15mm. So for example, 4x100 to 5x100 or 4x114.3 to 5x114.3. But, one hole has to be shared which means you'll have to knock out one of the studs in your rotor and get and an elongated stud and pass it thru kind of like a spacer.
