*EXCEPTION: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM WHEELS. ONCE CUSTOM WORK HAS BEGUN, YOU CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: CUSTOM DRILLING, POWDER COATING, SHAVING, or BORE ENLARGEMENT.*
We encourage our customers to ask as many questions as needed to ensure that your wheels and accessories fit in a way that you expect. More aggressive fitments (lower offsets/wider wheels) may require additional modifications to your vehicle such as stretch the tires, rolling/flaring fenders, camber kit, etc. In addition, some vehicles come with accessories or aftermarket accessories are added that interfere with proper fitment, in example, larger calipers on larger cars or sport package add ons (BMW M7, Mercedes CLK, WRX STI, G37 with Sports Package).
Monterey Racing takes no responsibility for improper fitments unless contacted directly before purchase and only proven that there was an error on part of Monterey Racing. The buyer takes full responsibility for any and all straight forward purchases.
We offer a 30-Day return policy on all products sold here or in our Ebay store. However, there are no returns on any mounted, tires, wheels, or accessories. The returned item(s) must still be considered "new." Once an item has been mounted together or mounted on a vehicle, it is then considered used. Once mounted, regardless of fitment, color, bolt pattern, or any kind off issue, other than a warranty or a manufacture defect, the wheels and/or equipment are yours.
On all eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the return in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to
process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

In the event of a damaged or deffective item: We will take full responsiblity, pay for the associated shipping and waive the 20% restocking fee to either replace the damage item, swap it out with something else (refunding or buyer paying difference), or of course return for a full refund. If the buyer elects, we may also offer a partial refund to accept the item as is.
Note: Evidence must be provided to show an item is damaged or deffective.
We offer FREE shipping to any address in the 48 contigious United States and the Distric of Columbia. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada for an additional fee (You will see the pricing at check out).
For most orders, we use UPS in which a tracking number will be updated within paypal and also an email will be sent to you with updates about your order. For larger wheels 22" and bigger or for package deals, items will be sent via LTL or by pallet to ensure the wheels are transported safely. Again, there is no extra charge for this and tracking information will be provide via paypal and email. For very small items such as adapters or spacers maybe shipped via USPS Priority, in which tracking will still be provided.
